Project Safety

We at Malone's Mechanical, Inc. are very proud of our safety record that is ongoing for every project. Malone's Mechanical maintains an occupational Safety and Health Program (I2P2 Manual) to the best practices of organizations of Construction Contractors and we have a Drug and Alcohol Policy in place where we test our employees to ensure a safe work environment against Drugs and Alcohol Prevention. To help be successful in safety, our crews attend weekly safety meetings conducted by our Foremen. We have several safety briefings a year for our Foremen to get feedback from them on possible areas of safety concerns and added policies when needed. We have a designated Safety Coordinator on staff. We also do additional training for our employees that work in different Industrial and Food Processing Plants to the guidelines of their safety programs.  The objective of  Malone's Mechanical, Inc. is to provide a safety and health program that will reduce the number of injuries and illnesses to an absolute minimum, not merely in keeping with, but surpassing, the best experience of operations similar to ours. OUR GOAL IS ZERO ACCIDENTS AND INJURIES.
